INDEPENDENCE DANCES - Major Event.

On the 18th September 2015, The major event that attracted over one thousand people including friends, parents, relatives and people around Madang town to watch students do presentations of traditional songs and dances, contemporary dance and live band performance by students and teachers.

Traditional Cooking in Regional groups. - PNG Independence Celebration.

Hi, everyone. on the 15th of September 2015, Madang International School Students started their Independence Celebration activities. The students and teachers got together in their regions, The SOUTHERN ( Central, Gulf, Milne Bay, Oro and Western), The NEW GUINEA ISLANDS(Autonomous Region of Bougainville,  East New Britain, Manus, New Ireland and West New Britain), the MAMOSE( Madang, Morobe, East Sepik and West Sepik) and The HIGHLNADS ( Eastern Highlands, Southern Highlands, Western Highlands, Enga, Jiwaka, Hela and Simbu). They then did traditional cooking. Our International Students were very privileged to join the four regions of PNG and I know they learnt a lot about PNG. It was an enjoyable and fun day for the kids...
